Planning permission
Most gardens sit within 2 metres of a boundary. In that case, your building needs to stay under 2.5m high to meet current planning rules — no problem for us. We design attractive, contemporary flat-roof buildings with a durable EPDM rubber roof to suit this height perfectly.
More space? If you can build over 2 metres from any boundary, you can go up to 4m high, with a choice of traditional ridge or hipped roofs and shingle finishes. Tell us where the sun and shade fall in your garden, and we'll design your building to make the most of the light.
Then comes the fun part.. choosing how your new garden room will look.
Access requirements
Our lorries need a clear route for a large vehicle (up to 40 tonnes, around 20 metres long), plus space to turn and unload. If that's not possible, we can often unload nearby (100–200 metres away) using a forklift.
Not sure if your access works? Just ask and we'll talk you through it in advance.
Delivery formats
Deliveries run Monday to Friday, 7am–8pm. Our driver will call ahead to confirm the day and a time window.
Not home? Anyone you trust can take delivery on your behalf.
Please note: our schedule is planned days in advance, so once a date is set, we need at least 7 days' notice to reschedule.
